We currently ship orders within the UK.

Standard Shipping — £4.99

Suitable for most clothing and smaller items.

Large Item Shipping — £7.99

For larger or heavier items such as larger bags, sleeping bags and other bulky outdoor equipment.

The appropriate shipping option will be available at checkout depending on the item purchased.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable offers will be clearly displayed on our website.

Orders are normally dispatched within 2–3 working days of payment being received.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation and tracking information where tracking is available.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the delivery provider and your location.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the delivery provider, although we will always do our best to assist with delayed or missing deliveries.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before completing your order.

If an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional postage may be required to resend the order.

If your parcel appears to have been lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will work with the delivery provider to investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
